1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Items not eligible for return:

  • Clearance, sale, or final sale items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, socks, or any intimate apparel

  • Customized or made-to-order items


2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at adamoverseas145@gmail.com with:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. We’ll send return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Carefully package the item(s) and drop off at the designated courier center or schedule a pickup (based on your region).


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic (within your country of delivery):

    • Free returns on defective/damaged items or if the wrong item was shipped

    • For other reasons (e.g. size issues, change of mind), the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund

  • International Orders:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective or incorrect


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item for a refund

  • Place a new order for the preferred size, color, or item


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a wrong or damaged product? We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo(s) of the item showing the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or refund based on product availability.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund officially posts)

  3. If the issue persists, email us at adamoverseas145@gmail.com
