1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
Items must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
🚫 Items not eligible for return:
Clearance, sale, or final sale items
Innerwear, swimwear, socks, or any intimate apparel
Customized or made-to-order items
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:

Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
We’ll send return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Carefully package the item(s) and drop off at the designated courier center or schedule a pickup (based on your region).
3. Return Shipping Costs
Domestic (within your country of delivery):
Free returns on defective/damaged items or if the wrong item was shipped
For other reasons (e.g. size issues, change of mind), the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund
International Orders:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item is defective or incorrect
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
Return the original item for a refund
Place a new order for the preferred size, color, or item
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a wrong or damaged product? We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photo(s) of the item showing the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or refund based on product availability.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund officially posts)
